WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Swanky Sofas, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed for lasting comfort and reliability. All of our sofas are backed by a 12-Months Warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What is covered?
This warranty specifically covers the following:
- Defects in foam cores, seams, stitching, zippers, or fabric
- Manufacturing faults in hardware or interlocking components
What is Not Covered?
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Improper assembly, unauthorised alterations, or repairs not approved by Swanky Sofas
- Damage resulting from the use of blades or sharp objects during unpacking
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or use in a commercial setting (e.g., hospitality, rental)
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, chemicals, or direct sunlight
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. fabric pilling, slight colour fading over time, foam softening or compression over time)
- Accidental damage, including spills, burns, stains, or pet-related damage
- Use of the product outdoors, unless explicitly specified as outdoor furniture
- Products sold as floor stock, seconds, or with disclosed pre-existing defects
- Items not purchased directly from Swanky Sofas or its authorised retailers
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the address on the sales receipt. It may not be transferred or assigned.
All claims will be assessed by Swanky Sofas to determine the appropriate course of action. We reserve the right to inspect the item(s) in question to verify eligibility under this warranty.
